Currently I only cancel on two criteria: EMP with SBI > 10, which is standard for the nl.* hierarchy and ECP with HI > 30 (this page). I only issue cancels for articles posted or crossposted to the nl.* hierarchy.
The HI is calculated as follows:
N = Number of newsgroups an article is crossposted to F = number of newsgroups in the followup-to header HI = N + (F * F)
When the HI exceeds 30 the messages are cancelable.
Spamreports are posted to the newsgroup nl.internet.misbruik.rapport.
When responding to a specific cancel, please always refer to my internal cancel-id (preferably put it in the subject of the mail). This makes processing easier.
When you're a newsadmin and you wish not to receive cancels from me, you may filter on the `hensemabot' pseudosite. All cancels issued by me will have this pseudosite in the Path-header.
