Currently I only cancel on two criteria: EMP with SBI > 10 (this page), which is standard for the nl.* hierarchy and ECP with HI > 30. I only issue cancels for articles posted or crossposted to the nl.* hierarchy.
The SBI is calculated as follows:
N = Number of newsgroups an article is crossposted to F = number of newsgroups in the followup-to header SBI = (N + sqrt(F)) / 2
All SBI's from substantively identical messages are added. When the SBI exceeds 10 the messages are cancelable.
Spamreports are posted to the newsgroup nl.internet.misbruik.rapport.
When responding to a specific cancel, please always refer to my internal cancel-id (preferably put it in the subject of the mail). This makes processing easier.
When you're a newsadmin and you wish not to receive cancels from me, you may filter on the `hensemabot' pseudosite. All cancels issued by me will have this pseudosite in the Path-header.
